Allow me to start by saying "Thank You" for taking the time to follow through and learn more about the services that I offer. Below is a Semi-Complete menu of services with explanations for each service and pricing.

Please before you leave take one more minute to review the "About Me" page so you will know a little more about the person providing these services.

I have tried to keep pricing and services as simple as possible but some variables must apply and I am fully ready to negotiate the fine details and keep the total package price as reasonable as possible.

All Pricing below is based on PrePaid 1 month at a time in advance in order to keep the financial burden as small as possible to all my clients however I do offer PrePaid bulk discounts for 3, 6 and 12 month packages.

Billing is done by way of PayPal or Chime and I will send you a payment request eMail with the total due then you use any payment method you have available that Paypal or Chime accepts such as your Debit or Credit card or payPal account.

Full Website Build

$1,000.00

I will invest up to 40 Hours writing the code for your page a $1,000.00 value at my working rate of $25.00 per hour. I will send you a private link so you can review and advise your preferences thru out the production process and you then give the "OK" to proceed.

I waive this charge completely and do the website build for free.

Website Hosting

$100.00

I purchase wholesale space on several different major website servers. I select from all of them to find the perfect online space for your website according to your needs.

I waive this charge and develop a package price that is reasonable and affordable for you.

Domain Registration

$5.00 to $1,000.00

Traditional Generic Top-Level Domains (gTLDs) like .com are often more affordable, usually ranging from a few dollars to around $250 per year. However, specialty or premium domain extensions, as well as country-code Top-Level Domains (ccTLDs), may come with higher fees, sometimes exceeding $500 per year.

If you're seeking a very specific domain name that's already taken, it's worth noting that domains can sell for significant amounts. For example, in 2016, Google paid Sanmay Ved $12,012.26 to regain ownership of Google.com. Similarly, Elon Musk shared that it took Tesla 10 years and around $10 million to acquire Tesla.com.

Web Site Security Certification

All WebSites Require a SSL Certificate and this is an extra cost that I have no control over. Without this certification provided by a third party inspection all visitors to your site will get a notification from the Web Browser (Google, Fire Fox, Microsoft Edge etc, etc) that the web site is not safe.

This process is billed to me by a third party inspection service and I must pass that charge on to you, it is a once a year charge that I have no control over other than making sure your website will pass inspection.

I usually absorb this cost initially and you will only be billed extra if inspection and certificates are billed to me in excess of $20.00 due to the complexity of your website and you will be billed the amount that I am billed for the once a year renewal.

SEO

SEO is an acronym for "Search Engine Optimization" and it requires a few hours of work each month to make sure your website shows up at the top of any search results.

I spend 2 to 5 hours each month researching your competition and working to elevate you in the search results as compared to your competition.

For a new website it typically takes about 3 months to get a site to show up in the Top 25 to 50 search results.

I nor any other WebSite builder can gaurantee your placement in the search engine results.

You can pay Google or any other search engine to have your website show up at the top of a search as a Sponsored return but be prepared to spend between $5,000 and $25,000 to buy your way to the top of any search query without organic placement.

This is an optional service that I provide and you are not obligated to purchase.

eMail Service

eMail is an essential part of doing anything on the InterNet

For all my clients I build into your website access to at least receive Form Fill Out's to be received in your preferred eMail service. Example: A visitor to your website fills out a form of your desire such as a basic "Contact Me" form, you then receive an eMail at your private email address with a subject line similar to this -- "A visitor has subitted a form on "Your Website"

I include this basic single email address of admin@yourwebsite.com at no extra charge.

If you need eMail service more than described above the Base Rate starts at around $15.00 per month and includes multiple mailboxes. This is a prepaid service and becomes a standard part of your primary WebHosting package.

This is an optional service that I provide and you are not obligated to purchase.

Typical Monthly Charge

After a personal interview to determine your exact needs I will give you an upfront price to start working on your website usually around $150.00 and a monthly rate usually around $65.00 per month thereafter. I will either increase or discount the monthly rate according to your needs. I will provide a full explanation of what you are paying for and send you a contract so that we both are happy.

The average monthly billing for a basic website is approximately $65.00 per month for hosting plus any other options you choose from the descriptions above. There are some once a year kind of charges that I have no control over like maintaining your Domain Name or your Security Certification, that is a once a year charge and there are other smaller regular once a year charges that will occur.

I do offer prepaid coverage for all those pesky extras but we can discuss that after we know what your real needs are.

The First Bill

Although I am going to build your WebSite for free which can take anywhere from 1 week up to a couple of months depending on the website you want. To begin there are cost that I must pay up front to get your website even started.

So I charge a base amount to cover those expenses on your behalf and that amount varies depending on what you are wanting.

For a typical build with all the extras that I throw in for free most sites will see a $150.00 one time start up charge plus the first month of hosting plus any of the options you choose so about $215 plus for your first billing. After that you will be billed $65.00 to $100.00 per month there after depending on what options you have chosen. Your billing cycle date will be 30 Days after receipt of payment for the start up fees.

So your initial cost up front could be as much as $300.00 or maybe even a little more but could also be much less depending on what kind of website you want.

If you need only a basic static page with none of the bells and whistles then your cost will be much lower than what is listed above, however if you need a full eCommerce website with the ability to accept payments online for the service or product you are offering or any other specialty items and service then some of these charges listed above will increase.

I will provide free of charge a "One on One" consultation to determine what your real needs are and how I can best serve you at the lowest cost possible.

Page Build Alone with no Hosting

If you already have a hosting option and only need a Website build without any of the extras then I have this package for you. I will invest up to 40 Hours total in small increments over a 4 week period with you receiving regular progress reports and collaboration time at a flat fee of $500.00 and when completed I will package all the coded files into a zip folder and make it available for you to download and do with as you please.

Ongoing Support is available for a small monthly fee for anytime support or can be billed as needed at a rate of $25.00 per hour with a 1 Hour minimum.

Refferal Bonus

Get Discounts on Your Services!

If you refer a new client who contracts with me for any of the services I offer, I will discount your total monthly billing by 10%. This offer is cumulative, so if you refer 10 clients, you can receive up to a 100% discount, essentially making your services free. However, this discount is applied to your services and has no cash value.

To ensure you receive credit, make sure any prospects you refer mention that you referred them when they contact me. Your discount will be applied autimaticaly once their contract is confirmed.
